Awesome Indeed! “I have absolutely loved APHW ever since I found this job last August,” said the Customer Service Representative (CSR). “This is a phenomenal company to work for. They’ve made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, which you don’t get at a lot of places. Here you can be yourself and ask questions, and they constantly remind you that we’re all in this together, and we’re always learning.” Unique had a literal list of positive things to say about her supervisors. “Where do I start?” she asked, only half-joking. “They are patient and caring, they have really good constructive criticism, they’re honest and very dependable—I can speak with either supervisor at any time for any reason, whether it’s work-related or personal, and I know they will be open to what’s going on in my life.” In short, most everybody thrives here. Even the Customers See It In a recent contest to encourage customer reviews, Unique achieved more than 120 positive reviews. “Alan really encouraged me to try,” she said. “Three turned into 20, and it just kept growing!
