“They just have really great communication!” Maria Cranston (pictured) is both a homeowner and a Senior Mortgage Processor in the greater Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. “I got the contractor out to the house, got on the phone, got the ‘okay’ to do the work, and paid him,” Maria said, describing her claim. “I didn’t even have to pick up the phone to call about my reimbursement: APHW called ME within 2 days for the invoice, and then literally sent the check right out. It was very impressive!”
