“It would heat up, then once it was preheated it would stop working,” Toni said. “I tried a few times and it just didn’t work, so I called America’s Preferred Home Warranty (APHW).”
Toni was new to the neighborhood and didn’t know who would be best to call, so APHW’s customer service representative suggested several local contractors who had worked with previous customers. “I called one guy on there, and he was fantastic!” Toni enthused. “He came out, said how much it would cost to fix, and got on the phone with APHW.”
After discussing the options, Toni was advised she could be approved for either repair or replacement (with professional installation). She opted to replace her oven, and it was installed with three days to spare. “They were great! I sent my paperwork and receipts through email as proof that it was installed professionally, and I got the check in the mail in only a week or so.”
Toni renewed her home warranty with APHW and plans to renew in the future as well. “The fact that you can pick your own licensed company to do the repairs helps so much and makes it super easy,” she wrote on HomeWarrantyReviews.com. “I have had other home warranties, but this is by far the best.”
