She had nothing to worry about, as it turns out. “I called and had my unit fixed all within two hours,” Melissa said. “They told me to pick whichever [licensed contractor] I wanted and have them come out. I did that, and they came out the same day. I paid my deductible, they sent APHW the invoice for the rest, and that was it. It was just that quick and easy!”
Melissa was a little surprised that it happened so quickly. “I had no problems at all,” she said. “I even told one of the girls at work: You need to sign up with this company!”
Her initial home warranty had come with the purchase of her home, and Melissa renewed shortly after she filed this claim. “It was a very easy renewal process,” she said, also appreciating the lower deductibles available through APHW. “Only a $50 deductible and it was done. Most of the others are more expensive,” she said.
