About America’s Preferred

America’s Preferred Home Warranty is a proud Christian-based company founded in 1999 on biblical principles.

America’s Preferred Home Warranty (APHW) is a privately held organization founded in 1999.  The corporate office is located in Jackson, Michigan. We are a Christian-based company and strive to adhere to the Golden Rule;  “to treat others as one would like to be treated.” We work hard every day with the thought of always doing the right thing in how we conduct business.

We offer home warranty services in multiple states across the United States of America. Our warranty is a contractual agreement between a home owner and APHW that pays toward repair or replacement of covered appliances and home systems that malfunction under normal conditions of use.

Our Mission

To treat each homeowner with respect, dignity, and empathy at all times.

Community Service

America’s Preferred Home Warranty is proud to be an active supporter within our communities. Our culture is congruent with our beliefs in the areas of charity and philanthropy. Biblical scripture best summarizes our views in these areas; Luke 12:48: “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”

At America’s Preferred Home Warranty, we set aside a portion of our operating income to assist where specific needs have been identified; such as hurting families, cancer research, support of churches and civic programs, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and certain program initiatives identified by our Real Estate professional partners. In addition to supporting these and other initiatives, through financial contributions, our employees also actively participate by donating their time and talents, both corporately and individually of their own accord.

Kicking off the 2015 Jackson Relay for Life with some of the many APHW supporters that came out and walked. The Relay for Life is hosted by the American Cancer Society with a focus on raising money to find a cure for cancer. This year’s Jackson campaign raised $370,000 with the APHW team contributing $9,675 towards the cause.
